APARTMENT RENTALS ON MALLORCA

Mallorcan law prohibits the marketing of residential apartments for rental as holiday apartments and therefore, as a legal disclaimer, we wish to make it perfectly clear that the apartments offered by our company are not holiday apartments and are for use only by visitors and their families to Portals Nous who are there for reasons other than simply a holiday.
 

The apartments we offer in Portals Nous all directly overlook the sea or the renowned yacht marina of Puerto Portals. The village, port and the sandy beach are all just a 10-minute drive from Palma on Mallorca's South-West coast.

From our apartments at Las Terrazas and the Panorama Playa it is just a short walk to Portals Nous village where there are shops, a supermarket and plenty of cafes, restaurants, banks, hairdressers and estate agencies. The marina, with its own wide and sophisticated selection of the same, is equally quick to walk to so a car is not necessary in Portals Nous unless you are wanting to tour the island.

From many of our apartments the views are stunning! At Las Terrazas most look out onto the superb yachts in the Puerto Portals marina below as well as out to sea. The apartments at the Panorama Playa, although smaller, are all in the front-line block directly overlooking the beach and they all enjoy amazing panoramic sea views.
