South-facing and on the second level, the apartment, reached by stairs or lift, enjoys beautiful sea views as well as a glorious direct view over the beach. Some of the beautiful yachts moored at the marina of Puerto Portals can be seen to the side.

This apartment is compact, but a very comfortable studio and is fully air-conditioned, has been modernised to a high standard with beautiful tiled floors and has a quality kitchen.

Within its 40 square meters, the apartment has two comfortable single beds, an additional convertible sofa-bed, a dining table and a modern kitchen area with microwave, two hobs, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee percolator, toaster, cooking utensils and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans etc. All linens and towels, also beach towels, are provided.

There is Sky Satellite TV (including BBC, ITV etc), a DVD player, a CD player/music system and free wireless internet access.

The tiled bathroom has a bath with shower fitting, wc, bidet and wash-basin.

There are sliding glass patio doors onto the outside balcony from which there are outstanding views of the sea and the beach and on which is a table and four chairs. At night the relaxing view is of the illuminated bay and over to the lights of Palma Nova and Magaluf. The sounds are of the waves breaking on the beach.

On the ground floor of the Panorama Playa is an excellent restaurant and bar, open May till October, with an open-air terrace overlooking the sea and renowned for its fresh sea-food, making "eating out" from this apartment ideal on those evenings when giving a miss to the busier establishments of the port is on the agenda.

Advantages (over some other Panorama Playa apartments): Easy access via just one flight of steps for people not wanting to use the lift, outside balcony, competitively priced.

Disadvantages: OK for two people but a squeeze for four, no washing machine, no oven, weak internet signal.
