Sliding glass doors open up to the full-length balcony from which those unrivalled views can be enjoyed and on which is a table and 4 chairs and a convertible sofa-bed, ideal for sun-bathing or "sleeping under the stars"!

The open-plan kitchen area has a large fridge-freezer, an oven with 4 hobs, an additional built-in drinks refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and a good supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware.

The tiled bathroom has a good-sized enclosed shower, a wash-basin and wc. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine and a hair dryer.

The apartment's 8 metre long South-facing sun-balcony can be accessed through sliding glass doors from both the bedroom and the lounge. On the balcony is a glass-top dining table with 4 chairs, a sun-lounger and a fitness bike!
