The separate bedroom has a large double bed, wall-length built-in wardrobes, radio-alarm clock and also enjoys the same stunning views of the Mediterranean as can be seen from the living room and balcony. All linens and sheets are provided, as is an iron, an ironing board, hand towels, bath towels and even beach towels!

The good-size lounge is modern and comfortable with a convertible sofa-bed, a large armchair, glass coffee table, glass dining table (seating 4), full-length mirror, bureau, safe, blinds and a floor rug. Sliding glass doors open up to the spacious terrace from which those unrivalled views can be enjoyed.

The open-plan kitchen area has a large fridge-freezer, an oven with 4 hobs, an additional built-in drinks refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and a good supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware. There are 4 stools at the breakfast bar.

The tiled bathroom has a good-sized enclosed shower, a wash-basin and wc. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine and a hair dryer.

 

The apartment's 8 metre long South-facing sun-balcony can be accessed through sliding glass doors from both the bedroom and the lounge. On the balcony is a glass-top dining table with 4 chairs, a sun-lounger and a fitness bike!
