The two-bedroom/two bathroom “Arena” apartment is in the second of the three blocks within the beach-front complex known as Apartamentos Portals Nous. Being on the sixth floor - and towards the corner of the block - it enjoys excellent South-facing views over the marina of Puerto Portals as well as out to sea. It is well-furnished and also has an indoor parking space.

The “Arena” apartment is fully air-conditioned and the main bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and its own en suite bathroom with a bath, shower-fitting, wc, bidet, wash-basin and a hair-dryer.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. Adjacent is the second full bathroom with bath, shower-fitting, wc, bidet, wash-basin and a second hair-dryer.

The air-conditioned living room has two comfortable sofas, a dining table seating 6, coffee table, Sky Satellite TV (including Family & Sports packages, BBC, ITV etc), a DVD player, an iPod dock with speakers and free wireless internet access.

The kitchen is off the living area and has four hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee percolator and a toaster. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots & pans, cutlery and drinking glasses are provided.

The sunny South-facing balcony is accessed through sliding glass doors from the living room and has a table and four chairs, from which those amazing views can be enjoyed.

All linens and towels are provided.

Free use of the private (Apartamentos Portals Nous) swimming pool, lawn and sun-beds is included and the ARENA apartment has its own private parking space within the indoor car-park of the apartment block.
