seventh level of the Panorama Playa's front
block. Comfortably sleeping up to 7 persons in
two double beds, a single bed, a double
convertible sofa-bed (with the possibility of an
additional fold-up bed to sleep an 8th person),
it is reached by a modern lift from the ground
floor. It’s balcony stretches across the entire
width of the apartment and offers uninterrupted
panoramic sea views as well as a glorious view
of the beach below and the beautiful yachts
moored at the marina of Puerto Portals.
This 75 sq m apartment has two large bedrooms -
the rear one, air-conditioned, has a double bed
and an additional single bed, plenty of wardrobe
space, a vanity unit and a DVD player. The front
bedroom has a double bed (and there is space for
an additional single bed if required), DVD and
glass sliding doors to the balcony.
The air-conditioned lounge has a 3-seater
sofa-bed, an additional sofa, Sky satellite TV
(including BBC, ITV etc), Cable-TV (providing
some German-language channels), a DVD player, an
i-Pod dock & speakers and free wireless internet
access. Spectacular views are enjoyed from the
lounge and glass sliding doors open up onto the
double-size South-facing balcony, on which there
is a dining table seating 6 persons and a double
bed, which can not only be used for sunbathing
but also for "Sleeping under the Stars"!
The kitchen has an oven, four hobs, a microwave,
refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, kettle,
coffee percolator and a toaster. There are
cooking utensils and plenty of crockery,
cutlery, glassware, pots & pans etc. there is an
iron and an ironing-board.
The tiled bathroom has twin wash-basins, a
walk-in shower, wc, heated towel-rail and a
hair-dryer.
On the ground floor of the Panorama Playa,
overlooking the sea, is an excellent restaurant
and bar (May-Oct), open from mid-day till 10 p.m,
with an open-air terrace, and renowned for its
good fish, making "eating out" from this
apartment ideal on those evenings when giving a
miss to the busier establishments of the port is
on the agenda.
