LUXURY FINCA IN COSTA DE LA CALMA

 

Costa de la Calma is between Santa Ponca and Peguera on the beautiful South-West of Mallorca. It is only a short drive to any number of golf courses as well as the marina at Port Adriano. Many shops and restaurants are also within easy reach, just half a mile away, as is the beach!

 

This fabulous fully air-conditioned Finca provides 250 square metres of quality living with  outdoor furnished terraces and distant sea views. It also has a huge garden and its own  private swimming pool. There is ample parking.

 

Inside, there are 4 double bedrooms, two of which have their own en suite bathrooms. There are two additional bathrooms. There’s a fireplace and the lounge offers satellite TV, DVD and a music system – and also internet access.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 hobs, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all pots, pans, cutlery and glassware.

 

All linens and towels are provided and there is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
