The secure, gated,  community of Las Terrazas directly overlooks the exclusive marina of Puerto Portals and out over the Mediterranean Sea. It is without doubt one of the most sought after locations on the island of Mallorca. There is a private walkway down to the port and the sandy Portals beach is reached in just 5 minutes. This is probably the finest apartment in Las Terrazas. It has been totally remodelled throughout and, with no expense spared, the owner -, a young, successful Scandinavian designer - has achieved his goal in putting together an ultra-modern, quality property within an established apartment block. The property, fully air-conditioned and tiled throughout, enjoys outstanding sea views and overlooks the fabulous yachts moored below in the famed Puerto Portals yachting marina.

The air-conditioned master bedroom has a large double bed, a ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes and a fully-tiled en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, wash-basin and a hair-dryer.

The second bedroom has twin beds, a large ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe and a fully-tiled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, wc and a wash-basin. A breakfast bar with four stools separates the kitchen area from the living area.

The air-conditioned living room has two comfortable sofas, a large ceiling fan, satellite and cable TV, DVD, telephone, internet and a Bose Home Theatre system with surround-sound speakers.

The fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen has been fitted with highest-quality Bosch built-in appliances including an oven, 4 hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, a Liebherr double Fridge-Freezer with a separate wine cooler, an iron, ironing-board and also of course plenty of small appliances including an electric kettle, coffee percolator, toaster etc.

 

Beautifully designed, fully-sliding glass patio doors disappear into the side wall of the living area to provide wide-open access to a delightful dining and relaxation area. This also has ceiling-to-floor glass windows which can be fully opened up to the outside terrace, so that, depending on the climate, it can either be used as an extension to the living area or alternatively be part of the terrace. There is a large dining table for four and additional outside seating for five on a sofa and two armchairs, as well as two sun-loungers and bench seating, overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean as well as the white boats and yachts in the marina.

High quality linens and towels are provided as are plenty of pots, pans, cookware, drinking glasses and cutlery.
