A nicely renovated and well-furnished apartment offering
fabulous South-facing and panoramic sea views, It is
fully tiled and air-conditioned throughout. The
apartment has quality furniture, fixtures and fittings.
The lounge has a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, a
coffee table, a large flat-screen wall-mounted TV
(showing BBC, ITV & Sky channels, as well as Spanish &
German programmes) and a DVD.
Sliding glass doors open up onto the large 50 sq m
terrace, on which is a large seating area, including a
three-seater covered swing, two sun-beds and a dining
table with four chairs. The views are outstanding – of
the Mediterranean Sea, the yachts moored at the Puerto
Portals marina below and of the Las Terrazas pool.
The well-equipped modern kitchen has an oven, 2 hobs,
microwave, washing machine and separate dryer, large
fridge and freezer, an iron, ironing-board and also of
course plenty of small appliances including an electric
kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc.
The master bedroom has twin beds put together, a
wall-mounted flat-screen TV and spacious built-in
wardrobes. It also has its own large en-suite bathroom
with a walk-in shower, wc, wash-basin and hair-dryer.
The second bedroom has twin beds, a built-in wardrobe
and an en-suite bathroom with a bath (with shower
fitting), wc & wash-basin.
All linen and towels are provided, as are plenty of
pots, pans, kitchenware, crockery, drinking glasses and
cutlery.
