the front of the Panorama Playa, one of only two
apartment blocks directly on the beach of Portals Nous.
Being South-facing and on the fifth level, the
apartment, reached by a modern lift from the ground
floor, is not only sunny but enjoys uninterrupted
panoramic sea views as well as a glorious view of
the beach below and the beautiful yachts moored at the
marina of Puerto Portals.
This very comfortable holiday apartment, recently
renovated, is fully air-conditioned and well
appointed.
Within its 50 square meters, the open-plan apartment has
a comfortable double bed, an additional convertible
sofa-bed, two additional chairs, a dining table seating
4 and a modern kitchen area with microwave, two hobs,
refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, kettle, coffee
percolator, toaster, cooking utensils and plenty of
crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans etc.
There is Sky satellite TV (BBC, ITV etc),
Cable-TV (providing some German-language channels),
a DVD player, a CD player/music system and free
wireless internet access.
The tiled bathroom has a shower, wc and wash-basin.
Sliding glass patio doors open the entire apartment up
to the Mediterranean, outstanding views, the sunshine
and a pleasant sea breeze and, at night, to the
silhouette of an illuminated bay and the relaxing sounds
of waves breaking onto the beach.
On the ground floor of the Panorama Playa, overlooking
the sea, is an excellent restaurant and bar, open from
mid-day till 10 p.m, with an open-air terrace, and
renowned for its good food - making "eating out" from
this apartment ideal on those evenings when giving a
miss to the busier establishments of the port is on the
agenda.
Advantages (over some other Panorama Playa apartments):
Larger floor-space, competitively priced, strong
internet signal, washing machine.
Disadvantages: OK for two people but a squeeze for four,
no outside balcony
