The gated and secure complex of Las Terrazas is located on the cliff-top overlooking the beautiful yacht marina of Puerto Portals. It comprises seven blocks of 4-storey buildings, each accommodating 8 apartments and built not only above but below the car-park level, in terraces. Many of the apartments enjoy fabulous sea and marina views and those that don’t have very pleasant views of the beautifully landscaped pool and gardens of the community.
