Las Terrazas

 

The secure, gated,  community of Las Terrazas directly overlooks the exclusive marina of Puerto Portals and out over the Mediterranean Sea. It is without doubt one of the most sought after locations on the island of Mallorca. There is a private walkway down to the port and the sandy Portals beach is reached in just 5 minutes. Superb landscaped gardens surround the large communal swimming pool and each apartment enjoys its own private parking place.
 

 

Marina Apartment

 

This beautifully furnished and fully air-condiitioned luxury 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is in a prime location within Las Terazzas. The furnishings throughout the apartment are very modern and comfortable, providing an enjoyable home from home.

The master bedroom has a massive King-size+ bed, Satellite-TV, a DVD player, music system, radio/alarm clock, plenty of wardrobe space and enjoys fabulous sea views. Its en-suite bathroom has a bath-tub with shower, wc, wash-basin, bidet and a good stock of linen and towels.

The second bedroom also has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Next to it is the second bathroom, fitted with a bath-tub with shower, wc and wash-basin. All linen and towels are again provided.

The air-conditioned living area has a large 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a dining table comfortably seating six, satellite-TV (200+ channels), VCR, DVD player, a stereo-system, telephone and free ADSL internet access for your laptop computer.

Sliding patio doors lead off from the lounge to a huge South-facing 50 sq m patio overlooking the sea and the marina and on which is a good-size dining table comfortably seating six. Additionally, for total relaxation, there are two very comfortable sun-loungers.

The fully equipped and newly refitted kitchen has quality appliances including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, kettle, egg-boiler and a toaster. Ample pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and glasses are provided.

Stays of less than 5 nights: ADD a one-time end-of-stay cleaning fee of 50 Euros.
