Las Terrazas

 

The secure, gated,  community of Las Terrazas directly overlooks the exclusive marina of Puerto Portals and out over the Mediterranean Sea. It is without doubt one of the most sought after locations on the island of Mallorca. There is a private walkway down to the port and the sandy Portals beach is reached in just 5 minutes. Superb landscaped gardens surround the large communal swimming pool and each apartment enjoys its own private parking place.
 

 

Penthouse Apartment

This 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is on the top (3rd up from ground) floor of Las Terrazas. With its own roof-top terrace and private swimming pooll there are fabulous panoramic views of Puerto Portals, the marina, the beach and the blue waterss of the Mediterranean.

The bedrooms each have two single beds in them and both enjoy wonderful sea views. The en-suite bathrooms have a bath-tub with shower, wc and wash-basin.

The living area has a sofa, two armchairs, a dining table , satellite-TV, DVD player, a stereo-system and a telephone.

Sliding patio doors lead off from the lounge to a huge 50 sq m patio overlooking the sea and the marina and on which is a good-size table. Additionally, for total relaxation, there are two very comfortable sun-loungers. One floor above, on the apartment's own roof-terrace, are more sun-loungers and a private pool. The 360 degree views from up there are truly outstanding!

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, kettle, and a toaster. Ample pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and glasses are provided.

Stays of less than 5 nights: ADD a one-time end-of-stay cleaning fee of 50 Euros.
