Las Terrazas
The secure, gated, community of Las Terrazas directly
overlooks the exclusive marina of Puerto Portals and out
over the Mediterranean Sea. It is without doubt one of
the most sought after locations on the island of
Mallorca. There is a private walkway down to the port
and the sandy Portals beach is reached in just 5

A winding staircase leads to a magnificent 75 sq m upper deck on which is a small private swimming pool , four sun-loungers and plenty of space for recreation. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas oven, 4 hobs, a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle & coffee percolator and has plenty of pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and drinking glasses.
