Las Terrazas

 

The secure, gated,  community of Las Terrazas directly overlooks the exclusive marina of Puerto Portals and out over the Mediterranean Sea. It is without doubt one of the most sought after locations on the island of Mallorca. There is a private walkway down to the port and the sandy Portals beach is reached in just 5 minutes. Superb landscaped gardens surround the large communal swimming pool and each apartment enjoys its own private parking place.
 

 

Penthouse 4

 

A luxury 3-bedroom/2-bathroom fully air-conditioned penthouse apartment at Las Terazzas, with fabulous sea views.

The entire property is very well appointed with brand new bathrooms, a new modern kitchen, tiled floors, comfortable furnishings and quality appliances throughout.

The master bedroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and has sliding doors leading directly onto the terrace. Its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, wc and wash-basin.

The second bedroom has two bunk beds, the lower of which can be used as a double.  The third bedroom also has two bunk beds and, again, the lower is a double. The second bathroom has a shower, wc and wash-basin.

The living room has a large sofa, two armchairs, satellite-TV (200+ channels), a DVD, CD Player, telephone and free ADSL internet access for your laptop computer.

Sliding glass patio doors lead off to a huge South-facing 50 sq m patio which has beautiful views to the sea and on which there are plenty of furnishings for relaxation and entertaining. A winding staircase leads to a magnificent upper deck on which is a private swimming pool , two sun-loungers, a table seating 6 and plenty of space for recreation.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite surfaces, and all modern appliances including an oven with 4 hobs, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee perculator and there are plenty of pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and glasses. There is a separate utility room in which is a washing machine.

NOTE: "Penthouse 4" is immediately next door to "Penthouse 3" and there is an internal door separating the lounges of the two apartments. It is kept locked although, occasionally, both properties can be reserved together, thus creating a 5-bedroom/4-bathroom apartment with two terraces and two roof-top pools!!!
