This beautiful 2-bedroom/2-bathroom fully tiled apartment is newly decorated and is well-appointed with brand new furniture throughout. It has new quality appliances too and is in a great location within Las Terrazas, overlooking the pool and gardens to the sea beyond.

The air-conditioned master bedroom has a large double bed, good wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom comprising a bath-tub with shower, wc, wash-basin and bidet.

The second bedroom also has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe and also has its own bathroom fitted with a bath-tub with shower, wc and wash-basin. All linens and towels are provided.

The air-conditioned living room has two sofas, a dining table, satellite-TV and a  DVD player.

Sliding patio doors lead off from the lounge to a large South-facing patio overlooking the swimming pool and on which are comfortable padded sunloungers, a table and chairs.

The fully equipped and newly refitted kitchen has quality appliances including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, kettle,  and a toaster. Ample pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and glasses are provided.
