The apartment is on the second floor of the front block
at Silver Point, known as San Diego, which directly
overlooks the marina of Puerto Portals. It consists of:
Bedroom 1 which has a double bed, air conditioning,
built-in wardrobe, and its own en-suite bathroom with a
bath, shower-fitting, wc and wash-basin.
Bedroom 2 which has a double bed, air conditioning and
built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 which has a double bed, air conditioning and
built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 which has two twin beds, air conditioning and
built-on wardrobe.
Bathroom 2 which has a walk-in shower, wc and
wash-basin.
Extra WC and wash-basin off the hallway.
All linens and towels are provided.
The living room has two comfortable sofas and a dining
table seating four. There is UK Sky Satellite TV
(including BBC, ITV channels etc) and a DVD player.
The kitchen has an oven with four hobs, a dishwasher,
microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine,
kettle and a toaster. Plenty of pots, pans, tableware,
cutlery and drinking glasses are provided.
The enormous full-length sunny terrace is accessed
through doors from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms
and has two seating area and a dining table overlooking
the sea.
From the grounds of Silver Point is a lift and private
steps that lead directly down to the marina at Puerto
Portals. The shops and restaurants of Portals Nous
village are also just a short walk away, so actually a
car is not necessary when staying at this apartment
