Las Terrazas

 

The secure, gated,  community of Las Terrazas directly overlooks the exclusive marina of Puerto Portals and out over the Mediterranean Sea. It is without doubt one of the most sought after locations on the island of Mallorca. There is a private walkway down to the port and the sandy Portals beach is reached in just 5 minutes. Superb landscaped gardens surround the large communal swimming pool and each apartment enjoys its own private parking place.
 

 

Tropicana Apartment

 

This delightful 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is ideally located just one small flight of steps from the car-park level and has fully-tiled floors and boasts a large South-facing terrace with views to the Mediterranean Sea.

The air-conditioned living room has a large sofa and armchair, a dining table,  satellite-TV and a CD/ DVD player.

 

The master bedroom, also air-conditioned, has a double bed, good wardrobe space, large windows with views to the sea and an en-suite bathroom comprising a bath-tub with shower, wc, wash-basin and bidet.

The second bedroom has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. It also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath-tub and shower fitting, a wc and wash-basin.

 

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven with four hobs, a microwave, refrigerator,  freezer,  washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and a toaster. Ample pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and glasses are provided, as are all linens and towels.

Sliding patio doors lead off from the lounge to the large South-facing patio, on which are two comfortable sun-loungers, a table and chairs as well as  bench-seating.

Stays of less than 5 nights: ADD a one-time end-of-stay cleaning fee of 50 Euros.
