Las Terrazas
The secure, gated, community of Las Terrazas directly
overlooks the exclusive marina of Puerto Portals and out
over the Mediterranean Sea. It is without doubt one of
the most sought after locations on the island of
Mallorca. There is a private walkway down to the port
and the sandy Portals beach is reached in just 5
minutes. Superb landscaped gardens surround the large
communal swimming pool and each apartment enjoys its own
private parking place.
Vista Apartment
A well appointed 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment with the
most fabulous and breathtaking sea views possible and
boasts a huge 50 sq m terrace overlooking the marina of
Puerto Portals.
The entire property is tiled throughout and has comfortable furnishings, a large flat-screen TV and has excellent free wireless internet access. The master double bedroom also enjoys fabulous sea views, has built-in closets and has an en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower fitting, wc and wash-basin. The second bedroom, with two single beds, also has its own en-suite bathroom, a TV with DVD player and a built-in wardrobe. The living room has a large sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a large flat-screen TV showing satellite-TV, a DVD, VCR and a CD Player. There is also an extendable dining table which seats four to six persons. Sliding glass patio doors lead off to a large South-facing terrace from which there are incredible views to the sea and on which is a 3-seater sofa, two comfortable chairs, two loungers and a good-size table providing comfortable seating for six. The kitchen has an oven with 4 hobs, a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, kettle & coffee percolator and has plenty of pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and drinking glasses.
