A very spacious, fully air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment on the eighth level of the Panorama Playa's front block. Sleeping up to five persons, it is reached by a modern lift from the ground floor. It’s South-facing balcony stretches across the entire width of the apartment and offers uninterrupted panoramic sea views as well as a glorious view of the beach below and the beautiful yachts moored at the marina of Puerto Portals.

This apartment has two large air-conditioned bedrooms. The front bedroom has a King-size double bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, DVD & sliding glass doors leading onto the balcony. The rear bedroom also has a double bed, an additional single bed, plenty of wardrobe space & a DVD & TV monitor.


The air-conditioned lounge has a 3-seater sofa, a dining table and six chairs, Sky satellite TV (including family, kids and sports channels), a DVD player, an i-pod dock & speakers and free wireless internet access. Spectacular views are enjoyed from the lounge and two glass sliding doors open up onto the very private double-sized balcony, on which is a table & 4 chairs and another double bed, which can be used for sunbathing and also for "Sleeping under the Stars"!

The kitchen has an oven, four hobs, a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee percolator and a toaster. There are cooking utensils and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans etc.

The tiled bathroom has a wash-basin, bath with shower fitting, heated towel-rail and a washing machine. Next to the bathroom is the separate wc with wash-basin..

On the ground floor of the Panorama Playa, overlooking the sea, is an excellent restaurant and bar (May-Oct), open from mid-day till 10 p.m, with an open-air terrace, and renowned for its good food - making "eating out" from this apartment ideal on those evenings when giving a miss to the busier establishments of the port is on the agenda.
